uplifting flow

Tuesday 5:50-6:50pm @ Yogafurie

An energising and uplifting flow class that weaves together postures in a fun and dynamic way. We'll create some heat with a powerful sequence that focuses on the considered movement of the body with the breath, encouraging strength, energy and focus. Ending with surrender and relaxation, often a chance to also explore some traditional breathing techniques and mantra.

A strong and energising flow in a beautiful and welcoming space, this class promotes a powerful practice that builds and unwinds, balancing effort and ease. Candle -light and music will accompany this exploration of breath and movement. Book via wildwolfsyoga.com or search on moveGB.

yoga for runners

Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm @ Subud Hall

A slow, focused and restorative class exclusive to members of the Clifton Runners Club, each week we move through a sequence that targets the whole body and with extra attention paid to strengthening, stretching, lengthening the muscles and joints that are worked during running. A little extra time is spent in each posture to encourage strength, steadiness, a deeper understanding of alignment and allowing time for adjustments, every class includes relaxation and concentration techniques to help promote calm and sooth the nervous system and we progress together each week sewing in new poses and exploring new ideas in every session.

*Please note this class is for members of the Clifton Runners Club only, and is not open to drop in or external bookings.*
