PHILOSOPHY

Expect to enjoy a strong flowing asana sequence, creatively put together and tailored to work your entire body with special attention on alignment and focus on the connection of movement and breath. 

In my classes I offer energising flows, encouraging mindful movement through each posture, I create my sequences true to my training in hatha yoga and draw influence and creativity from my experience with many forms of modern practice. My classes will connect you a little deeper with your inner Self, breath, body and mind. Find some focus and enjoy deep relaxation in every class; look forward to learning some traditional breathing techniques (pranayama), connect through some uplifting mantra and generally have a pretty sweet time.
